Quality Inn Memphis Downtown

Comfortable beds and pillows, coffee and tea in the room, which was small but functional, enough for the four of us. The continental breakfast was basic but everything was good, more than we expected for the price we were paying! There were nice views from the balcony overlooking the river, and this is a quiet location next to a beautiful old building (Marine Residence), the Metal Museum, the Mississippi River and the Chickasaw Park. 10min drive from cty center. The guy at the front desk was caring and efficient.

We had a very clean and spacious room. Plus they offered a hot breakfast which we really appreciated.

The room was clean. The hotel has a funky cast of characters. It seems like quite a few of the people are extended stay. The hotel has a fun, down by the river feel. The park across from the hotel is beautiful, and you’re next to the Mississippi!

I arrived early (11am) and I was delighted to be offered a Room at that time. So, I checked in early! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus….cereal, bread, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, juice and coffee and fruit! I had just come from Graceland Hotel (No Breakfast included there and the hotel charges exorbitant prices….)! I slept very well at Super 8!! It is good value and I even managed to walk from the hotel to Beale Street (30 mins)!

Comfortable room; free parking; good location and very helpful staff. The black male clerk who checked me in was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The clerk at checkout was also very nice. Hotel gets five stars for employees! Nice pool for the children.
